Lies Deception to get you into this God Awful "Luxury Apartment Complex"

From the first time you tour the complex, they blow you away with the open feel to the apartments, the gym, the pool, etc.

But you would need to hire a private investigator to get to the bottom of all the issues and problems that exist here.

The apartments have NO heat vents on the floor, just the ceiling. Hot air rises. They of course do not bother to point that out when you are looking of course.

The maintenance in snow and ice is horrible. I have 20 steps up to my apartment and I could NOT GET HOME the other night at 10PM since they did not shovel or put down rock salt yet. The parking lot was also a sheet of glass. And in an ice storm yesterday forget it.

The gym has half broken equipment.

The pool is very small for over 500 units can not wait till summer to try and squeeze in to it.

These people are like the used car dealers of apartment complexes; new management sucks. Corporate does not give a f... K.

I am trying to switch apartments but now they want me to pay for the move.
