If you live in an apartment complex and you call them on it Not much will be done and then they have the audacity to tell you that you are still liable for it, even if you Rent! Not even If the apartment owners are aware of it, And if You rent and something is wired wrongly, don't look fo any help from the Clark County Building Inspectors. They will tell you as Mr. Clark did to make sure you have RENTER"S INSURANCE, making you an unwilling partnet to Fruad!
