Placed order in February for the trial and although they didn't charge me until the trial period was up - the item did not arrive until 4 weeks after that date so it was too late to cancel the first order.

Just after I received the first batch they hit me with the next supply knowing full well that I wasn't satisfied because of several phone calls. The second payment was taken out the day after I asked for the order to be cancelled. They said that the second order was already being processed when I rang to cancel the day before and the sales rep did not advise me of this.

Oh and yeah, I don't get my full refund until the items are returned. That was five weeks ago and still no refund. Also surprise - they no longer answer their phones. What a sham!
