I clicked on areas of the map where I wanted to stay... One at a time. When I get my hotel confirmation to see where it is, it's 20 miles away from anywhere I clicked on!!! I called immediately. Talked to 2 people for 20 minutes who basically told me there was nothing they could do. I told them there system was messed up to let someone zoom in on an area, select only the areas on that screen, and then book them somewhere 20 miles away. They said there was nothing they could do about it and that it was MY FAULT!!!?!?! I asked to talk to someone who could help and they refused to transfer me to anyone. They said giving a refund or changing locations "wasn't possible." At that point I said, "You've NEVER given a refund?" and got no answer... Silence... After years and years and years of using travel websites, this is the worst experience I've ever had, and the first and LAST time I will use Priceline.com.
