I was suckered into a Free Trial of the Derma Pure product which was supposed to Be $1.95 S&H charges... When I got my package, the packing list showed $4.95. I began calling to have them correct this and was told that no charges had been made to my account. Got my bill today and sure enough there it was, $4.95. Very minimal amount, but gets me when I called this evening beause it showed up on my statement. They kept telling me that the S&H was $4.95 and they would take me to the site if I had internet service and show me. I proceeded to argue with her that on the 9th of May they had a special on the Internet and the S&H was supposed to be $1.95 for the free trial fo their products. From reading all these horror stories, I am so glad that I cancelled everything they talked me into and got cancellation code numbers for each SCAM. I have tried several phone numbers since receiving and gotten the message that there was telephone facility trouble and my call cannot be completed. Beware!
