I sent for a free trial of Mystique anti-ageing creams and the advert said post and packing only would be charged. This was charged to my account on May l5th which was fine and I thought that would be the end of it. To my horror on 30th May my account was debited with £139.90. As this was supposed to be a FREE trial, I would like this amount refunded as soon as possible. I would never have sent for the samples if I had known I was going to have this trouble. I would be glad if you would sort this out for me as soon as possible as I cannot afford to have this amount taken from my account willy nilly.
