Total Scam for charges!!! Purchased product on a trial. Received it and immediately called the customer service number for info on trial expiration deadline. Number was disconnected, ("due to telephone company facility trouble, your call cannot be completed at this time, will you try your call again later").
SO, I could not return my product until I found an alternate number on this site.
They charged me twice so far. I had to argue over and over with the rep I finally spoke to about getting both charges removed. Rep was fine with the charges from today but kept saying he couldn't do anything with my account since it was past 30 days on the first charge; which was 5/5. Such a liar. Also kept telling me that his supervisor was unavailable (which has been the case for all of these face-cream scams). I told him I would hold until they are avail. He finally, finally, after explaining that his company prevented me from returning the product on time for the first charge, agreed to remove the first charge from 5/5 if I sent the product back. Gave me return auth numbers for both products. You can bet I am sending these back Certified Mail and watching my account.
Do NOT buy this product. If you have and got scammed, do NOT relent until you get all your money back! They also kept telling me they send an email notifying about the changes in the telephone number, but it may have gone to the SPAM folder. Yeah, right... New number is 888-534-3596
