I received the call saying I was eligible for $25,000 because I pay my taxes on time. The female on the phone just wanted the second half of the numbers on my checks, somehow they had procured the first set of numbers.

They persistently asked for the other set of numbers and refused to give a phone number and refused to mail information to my house. They offered to put the money in my checking account for a fee of $249.00.

They claim that there are 20 million people who have been selected for this return. Watch out! Don't give any information and hang up.
