Just outside of the allowable number of trial days we found that our Verbal Passcode had been changed by someone in the Vivint company and when I called in to their Customer Service department to inquire about Multiple Billing Issues I was told I didn't have the correct passcode!!! I asked who had changed it and they told me that I had to wait for a letter to arrive in the mail from the United States to Canada in order to find out. I asked to speak to someone about this and again I was told to wait for the letter. For someone to have been able to change my passcode I consider an extreme violations of my safety. Just so you know ANYONE especially technitions who do instalations have the ability to change anyone's passcode at any time! The technician also re-installed our own thermostat because we were unhappy with the one Vivint installed, and they did not hook it up correctly. They hooked up 2 out of 4 wires and tucked the other 2 wires into the wall. We still have a door lock installed from Vivint that does not work correctly and it has taken them almost one month with us calling to have our billing straightened out and as far as I'm concerened they still don't have it right. What it is supposed to be, what shows on my online account and what they have in their system are 3 different amounts. All of these issuses, the verbal passcode violation being the worst, and they still won't remove our system, because we were a few days pass the free trial period. They say they pride themselves on World Class customer service, but in this sittuation it is absolutely untrue! We are in Saskatoon Saskatchewan Canada and I would never recommend Vivint! They are a company from the United States and they do not have the capacity or ability to provide proper service to Canada!
