I just got off the phone with Sprint because I have a charge on my bill I do not understand. The guy on the phone asked me for a "Passcode" and I did not know what he was talking about. I said "I don't know it". He said he couldn't help me then. I asked what does he mean by passcode? He said "I have to have this to help you". I told him I understand and asked him how many digits was the max for passcodes and he said "I can't give you hints." I said "I am asking hypothetically, how many digits can a person use for a passcode, like 15... 20?" He said it can be any amount so I asked if my code could be 40 digits long and he said "No, like 15." I asked if it could have letters and numbers (I just need to know which password I might have used, right?) He says again that he can't give me hints. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said it would be 30-45 minutes so I asked how I reset my passcode or get on and he told me that I would have to go into the store with ID! This is about the 5th time I have had a horrible experience with Sprint. I HATE THEM SOOOOOO MUCH! So I have been overcharged possibly and can't even find out why until I go to the store, show ID, get a passcode and call them back! Horrible horrible horrible.
