Opened account to have calls forwarded to my cell phone so my son could call my me. Paid $64.90 to setup account to ensure for the next three months JCS would give me a local number that could be used and after the first connection fee charged by phone provider at the institution there would be no per minute charge after the call was connected. After received the first call from my son, I went online to my account with the provider at the institution and noticed that I was being charged $3.95 for the first connection fee and $. 89 thereafter. No discount from JCS. I have sent several emails and the one I received states, "Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Our Technical Department informed us that your number setting is all set up.

Please call your mandatory phone provider in the jail's facility. We are not the V-Connect and we are not aware about their way charging you for the connection fee.
