Stay away from watchidnia

SAB TV and SOny channels are not working for last 3 months, whenever we approached tech support over phone or via chat or email, we are told that the issue is almost resolved and will be fixed. I strongly doubt that their agreement with SET india for these 2 channels is expired.

Secondly, my TV box is not able to connect to service since 2 weeks. On being asked to watchidia tech support I get answer we are working on it, and now they are throwing their in-competency onto my ISP provider saying the issue is from my ISP provider who is stopping the connectivity. I provided them trace route output which clearly shows the connection is breaking at their server level.

Most crap company I ever came across. STAY AWAY and save your money.
