When I went onto this site I was lead to believe it was part of GlobalTelLink.com however after signing up for service with Jail Call Solutions I was told by Gloaltellink that Jail Call Solutions is not affilated with them and in fact is a scam. I have received numerous phone calls from Jail Call Solutions wanting to give me the phone # to give to my son to contact me and I have told them repeatedly to cancel my account and refund my Master Card immediately for this service. The only time I can talk to a human is when they keep calling repeatedly to give me the account phone number and keep telling me to go on line to cancel however I cannot get online to cancel! Told Sherry from Jail Call Solutions when she called this morning from (214) 810-6247 to cancel and return my funds. She said she was making a note to do so but I should contact cancellations@jailcallsolutions.com however the same thing happened again. Could not get on-line to cancel. I have notified my mastercard to dispute this charge and get a refund for this scam!!!
