I registered online to be able to receive calls from an inmate at a local jail. I was approved, got confirmation emails/receipts then to be told that they do not have an account under my name or email address. 44.90 was charged to my banking account. They gave me an invalid phone number that the inmate is supposed to call as well as give to the jails phone provider. Afterwards I spoke with the jails phone provider and found out that this company is a scam. There is no way to reach this company besides email and it appears to just be automated responses.
