Consumer Report

I ordered a report on a deceased grandparent. I wanted to get dates of marriage etc. So I ordered it. I received an email with the charges and the link to get report. The link took me to the publicrecordspy.com website where it showed me exactly the same information that I saw before purchasing the "report". It had his name and city and state. That is it! I complained to the customer support and asked that my money be refunded and account cancelled. I was told that I should pay more money to get a "full upgraded report" and that I received the product that I paid for therefore they could not give me a refund. What?! I have asked Click Bank - who the payment was processed through to refund me the money and have not heard back from them yet. My next course of action is to try to have it cancelled through my credit card company (AMEX) - as they are a fraudulent business!
