Public records Spy lets you do an initial search, In my case my name came up 5 times - I just wanted one report for my name on only Paid $24.90 - Surprise no results available

I was doing a simple search for my divorce records. Public Records Spy offerred a free search to see if my name comes up. My name was listed five times. How encouraging. All I wanted was to locate my divorce record number.

Website ays: "Access Marriage and Divorce records — use a single seach to find all the information you need..."

Sounds promising — to be able to access one report I paid $24.90 for my name only — did not want a full membership. So sucker that I am I paid the fee. What a surprise when I entered my information to retrieve one report - zero results.

I contacted the support@publicrecordspy.com Asking for a full refund as I believe they were doing false and fraudulent advertising. All I wanted was one report that they initially led me to believe they had five reports on their system. I received two responses the last one: "To find more information on an individual you may purchase a Premium report for $29.95 each"

I have asked for a full refund two times - they have ignored my request.
