Hey.

I write because I was on my account today, and could see that I had less on my mastercard. On closer examination I could see that the money was withdrawn from you.
It is for me blankly. This is an action that has taken place without my consent. I do not know who has had access to my card or account, I only know that this is not something I want to be part af.
At one point, I received an item that I neatly returned to the sender, as I had not asked for the goods, or wanted to receive this. I assume that there must be theirs. But as written, is nicely returned, I opened not even the packaging.

I hope that this is not going to be a problem.

Therefore, please return the money you have deducted from my account, for a product I do not have or wish to receive.
