Return Policy Scam! They state return product unopened for a full refund, returned requested and they keep my money!

We tried Ivory White on a trial basis. They send you the trial and your first 60 day supply all in one shipment. I called to cancel within the 10 day time period. I advised that I did not want anymore shipments and I wanted to return the one they had sent. They agreed this would be okay as long as the shipment was unopened.

The product was unopened when I returned the item. I called today to see why that hadn't credited my account b/c I had shipment confirmation added to the package it it had been longer than the 72 hour turnaround they claim they will credit your account back.

The very unfriendly representative that I spoke to, put me on hold to get the status of my return, came back on the line to tell me that I would not be getting my money back because the item was returned damaged and damaged most likey meant that it was opened. I advised her that the item was NOT opened. I wouldn't have wasted my five bucks on postage or my time standing in line at the post office if the item had been opened. She said there was nothing to be done the item was damaged. She was very indifferent and could care less. I told her if they were going to keep my money she better send the product back to me because I am not paying for nothing!

So they get to keep my $78.41 and send their product that doesn't seem to to much anyhow. I truly feel this is a scam and hope that someone else out there will read this before they send their money to them.
