Sent off for sample of product, paid the P & P which was deducted on the 19th September, received a message from post office asking to pay £25.30p as the sender didn't pay the full postage and there was a customs charge and handling fee included. Message said the item would be kept for 3 weeks then returned to sender. Then on 25th October £46.89p was taken from my account without my consent and still no product to show for it.
