I also got a "free trial" of a gift for 14 days and was told through several emails back and forth the exact date the trial ended but that if I returned the item before that date, I would not be billed. I returned the item 2 days before the trial expiration, sent in a copy of the post office stamp with the date, including my receipt and the address in Israel to which the item was returned. Ever since then, I have received emails saying they did not receive the email. Today I received one saying my email was blank. Yet it clearly shows the item in PDF format. I returned that email and asked what format it is they COULD see and let them know to check their attachments. As well, I also sent them all the emails that had gone back and forth, clearly showing there was no discrepency until I returned the email with the returned postmarked item. I am not concerned. If they do have the nerve to charge my account, I have the emails from them clearly stating the date of the expiration as well as my copies of the stamped return date (again, 2 days before the expiration of the trial period.) They also sent me an email saying the product was worth $149.95 but they would sell it to me for $69.95. Let them try and bill me. They will never get their money as it will be disputed by my account used to pay it and that company has enough proof to show the item was returned well within the limitations of the company.
