Miscellaneous

I purchased 1 year of AVG protection which was 18.00, but when I recieved my bank statement, they had charged me 70.80, I called them and they said I had purchased it for 3 years, I said no I got it for 1 year but she insisted I had bought it for 3 years, I would never have done that because I probably wont even have this computer that long, I got angry and told her it was a scam, she said I did did not read the fine print, I said a few more choice words and she would not respond.
I tried going into my computer to find my account because everytim I turn my computer on it says my AVG has run out, I went into my account and went under Sold Products, it said you have no products, tried another heading it said " " Nothing In Your Account" I just called them again at 9:00 EST May 15, she told me to go to softwarepros.com, I did and this is what I got, this page. Now where do I go from here, can anyone answer that question??? / I am just a litttle more then upset. Sylvia Mille
