On January 03 my computer had a pop-up screen telling me that I was at risk and that it was not being protected and that I had to download a spyware protection with prices starting at 59.95 for one year and 79.95 for lifetime protection. I purchased the lifetime and it unlocked my computer but there was no spyware protection on my computer. I figured it just didn't work because there wasn't anything taken from my account but now that I went back and checked it finally populated the charge but because it has been so long I can no longer get the charge removed.
