Stop abusive mail to Yahoo account

I want all abusive mail to stop. I am inundated by eMail about enlarging my penis or breasts (it must be one or the other!); sexual relationships with both men and women; and other garbage I do not want. I maxed my Yahoo! Allowed 500 Blocking within days. I tried filtering, but filtered important messages that cost me penalty fees and missed appointments.

I am moving all abusive (and unwanted) eMail to an abuse folder. There is no way to block subject with the same title because they are sent by different weird addresses.
