Stella's Braiding
Hacked and Damaged my hair - went in with 18 inches left with two inches

Incident May 13 made appointment at Stellas for braid removal. Cost $60 when I got there was told$100 ok fine I had a lot Of braids in. I was told it would take 3 hours. The hair dresser was on the phone the whole time she was doing my hair and asked me to cut to weave at the bottom. She picked up Hair I thought to v but cut in one fell swoop 18 inches of real hair on the ground and in the garbage. I left with about 2 inches of hair. Crying on mothers day no apology and had to pay REAL cosmetologist $400 to fix the loped of bowl that was left on my head. What wAs the $100 for? To be devastated. I filed a report with the MD board of cosmetology and went to an attorney with before and after pictures of my hair along with evidence out of Stellas garbage of my hair loped off. RUN don't walk if you value healthy hair.
