Isn't it strange?

Yahoo mail more or less tricked me into using their new mail format (once) and I can't return to email classic. ALSODo you find it strange that to stop SPAM MESSAGE SOURCES or (unwanted emails) that you have to PAY for it? AND Isn't it strange that to delete unwanted spam messages one MUST go thru more than one action? Ie. "are you sure you want to delete this meassage?"Yahoo is a good system otherwise but these small glitches make me wonder about them. Customer oriented?
