They won't do anything about the complaints you file about abusive users

They won't do anything about abusive chatters like people who lag yahoo's server or people who hack yahoo they won't shut down the hacker sites and they won't stop the boot codes in yahoo yahoo won't do anything about harassment or stalking or booting in yahoo chatrooms. They are a rip off. They should do something about their abuse complaints but they don't. They tell you to ignore them but the people that get ignored make new names and you can't ignore them all the time and yahoo just won't do anything about the abuse reports filed
