Started noticing $24.00 coming out of Unemployment debit card. I never signed up for this plus never received anything for the previlege of them taking my $24.00 every month. I got their phone number from Citibank and called them. They even had my address! They told me that they would credit me back for the 2 "fees" that they stole from me. I will keep checking and see if they really do. The phone number is: 877-367-9181
