Stole money off my debit card that I never approved

I recieved a postcard in the mail for a free movie just had to pay s/h. I put the fee of 9.95 on my debit card. When I checked to see what my available balance was I new something was wrong seeing 1 fee of 39.75 and another for 79.90. I called and cancelled that card imediately! This is an unemployment debit card so as you can see I need every dime I get. They will not answer their customer service number either 800-576-6698 all youll ever get is a voicemail and they do not return calls. I am really embarrased about this as Im 55yrs old. People like that belong in Prison. I hope they get whats coming to them.
