CCS credit Service rip-off! ACC Allstate Check Cashing rip-off! Steals money from checking account!

My daughter answered a offer for a credit card she received in the mail. She was told it would build credit. During the process she gave them a checking account number and was told nothing would be activated till she got the catalog and signed form for to authorize to debit checking.

When form and catalog came we realized it was just a scam for money. She did not send form and tried to call 5 different numbers listed, recording answers and you are put on hold till you give up.

Two months later they started taking money out of her checking account. The first time she didn't have enough money in checking and was chg'd. Bank fee. A month later they took$199.99 from her checking. We put stop payment on her checking to all CCS debits for future, but they still keep trying. First $99.99 a month, then $99.99 four times in one month, finally she had to close checking account.

She has never authorized them to take money. She has never received any product or services. They have taken over $200. They send her bills saying she owes over $300. Plus. She had to close checking account so she won't have to pay bank fees because they just wait a few months and try again.

This started in Jan. And it is now August and they keep trying to take money. WE filed complaint here and to FBI. I mailed them copies of other ripe off reports about them hoping they will leave her or other people alone.
