Phone Calls for Someone Who Doesn't Live Here

From May 7 to May 11th I have received daily automated phone calls for someone who doesn't live here and hasn't for about 1 1/2 to 2 years (he had been a GUEST here once for ONLY 2 weeks almost 2 years ago).

I've already informed Capitol One numerous times previous to this month to take my telephone number off their records as a point of contact for him and they've IGNORED my requests. (By the way they DO have HIS DIRECT telephone numbers.)

I've been informed by my telephone service provider that I can not block Capital Ones telephone numbers from their harrassing phone calls.

I am NOT responsible for this man (financially or otherwise) and I would appreciate it if they would stop calling me on my private phone number for matters dealing with this stranger.
