You Frame purchase on groupon - canvas

I ordered a canvas from groupon / you frame over 8 weeks ago & it still hasn't arrived. When you try phoning you frame no one ever picks up the phone, the only way to contact them is through an automated email which informs me my order is being dealt with but still no show 2 weeks later. It has put me off ordering anything else from groupon
