You frame canvas NO SHOW - Photo Montage Canvas

I brought a deal for You Frame on Groupon and placed my order on the 28th August, i even paid express delivery to ensure it would arrive within 72hrs as stated because this was a wedding present. When i still hadnt arrived by the 10th Sep i called them as i had not recived a response to any of my 6 Emails. It took me 3 days to speak to someone after being on hold 50mins at a time who then promised i would recive it by the 14th Sep. It still hasnt arrived. Im going to call again tomorrow if i get no joy i am going to trading standards, im absolutly disgusted with them
