Worst customer service ever - YOU FRAME INTERNATIONAL LTD

I'm waiting for may canvas to be redelivered - have been trying to arrange a date since August. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, I cannot believe Groupon are still offering deals from this company - I'm not even sure if they exist any more. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent.
