YOU FRAME - MISSING ORDER - Photo Printed on a Choice of Canvas

2 x canvas prints ordered approx 6 weeks ago - still no delivery even though its way passed the 21 day lead time - when I emailed YOU FRAME I got an auto reply advising of a spam attack on their server that was causing major delays and asking be to be patient??!! No contact details so I am struggling to persue it further - on reading the reviews on your website (and other forums) it would appear that this is a major scam. Groupon have appeared on Watchdog before for simialer reason, do they their nominated companies properly, or even at all judging by the negative comments posted by various people on various offers all over the internet. My prints were for birthday presents which have now passed so I would like to get my money back.
