Can you help PLEASE? I have tried several times to order this item after purchasing it via Groupon. The You-Frame website keeps telling me that the voucher has expired yet your site states that it is valid for some months to come?
I have repeatedly tried to contact the seller directly and Groupon via telephone and email but had no communication back whatsoever.
