Mark? Return Scam

On 3 Mar 12 I ordered Estrothin via internet. On 4 Apr 12 I emailed customer service to return unopened bottles. On 5 Apr 12 they said I could return for refund and gave intstructions to send cheapest way. On 6 Apr I returned them first class. On 9 Apr they rec'd the bottles.

On 19 Apr I had to email them about refund and was told no refund because of strict 30 day return policy. That was not mentioned in any of the emails before I returned the bottles. After they rec'd them, they admitted they already knew it was a day late when I contacted them on 4 Apr, but they did not tell me that. I complained.

On 24 Apr I was offered a partial refund. I called customer service to talk to a supervisor about it. They refused to let me speak to anyone in charge. They contacted the owner, Mark, and he said no refund because it was late. Didn't care about the circumstances.

On 26 Apr I called again and was told the only way I could contact Mark was by email forwarded to him. On 27 Apr I emailed a complaint for Mark. He did not reply or contact me.

On 4 May I called again and was told no refund and they refused to return the product to me.

So now I'm out $109.85 purchase & shipping, $5.31 return postage and no product.

The other address I have was from the packing slip: 20675 Nordhoff St, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Other phone numbers are 888-237-6840 & 800-597-9250, but I think they all go to the same place. They would not give me any direct contact information.

I have all the emails, but no one signed any of the emails. I spoke with Dolores & Anna on the phone - no help.
