Ripoff false advertisement poor cosumer service

I purhased six bottles of breast gain plus in march. The website said " 100% Money Back Guarantee You Have a Full Year to Return the Product for a 100% refund" So I thought I had nothing to lost.

Well after receiving it and taking it for a few months I had no results. So I went to there website at websupportcenter.com to return it. I read there return policy which said in order to return the product you have to take all of the bottles you ordered. Then file for a RMA number. Alright well I continued take the full six months worth. Then went back to file for a RMA number where it also says they charge a refund processing fee of $10 per bottle so for me 6 bottles fee of $60 dollar. 100% refund right.

After filling out the request and at the bottom I put under reason for return "This product did not work for me. I took all six months worth as recomended and was disappointed that I had no changes at all". I got an email from web support saying I was denied. They said I had to take all six bottles of pills. Then file for a RMA number. OK well I email back telling them once again I already finish all the bottle no more to try.
I am requesting a return now.

So again I get another email saying I'm denied. That I purchase six bottles in march my progrem is then for six months which was up in september and it is now december. Well at there website it didn't state any of this. Just that I had 1 year to return the product beside just cause I got it in March doesn't mean thats when I started taking them. So I emailed back stating this and that there website say I have one full year to return the product 100% refund guaranteed and sense I purchased in March then I have until march to return.

Well the last email I got didn't even say anything just that I was denied. And there is no way of calling and talking to anyone. You have to do it all through email.

Just a warning to anyone considering BREAST GAIN PLUS there advertistement for 100% refund is not always the case!!
