I opened up a checking acct wellsfargo bank in a freechecking account, in 2011 they changed me to a premier checking account without my consent, stated charging me 15.00 per month since last november will not chgange my acct back, even worse will not put my 15.00 per month back into my acct, now that's fraud and a ripoff, I don't know where to go, I'm gonna be in the red soon, please someone refer me a attorney quick at thank you
