Return Scam

On 3 Mar I ordered Estrothin via internet. On 4 Apr I emailed customer service to return unopened bottles. On 5 Apr they told me I could return them for a refund and gave directions to ship the cheapest way. On 6 Apr I returned them first class. On 9 Apr they rec'd them. On 19 Apr I had to email them and was told no refund because they have a strict 30 return policy. That was not mentioned in any of the emails before I returned the bottles. After they had them they admitted they already knew it was a day late when I contacted them on 4 Apr but they did not tell me that. On 24 Apr they offered a partial refund. I called to speak to a supervisor about it. They refused to let me speak to anyone in charge. They contacted the owner, Mark and he said no refund because it was late. On 26 Apr I called again and was told the only way to contact Mark was by an email forwarded to him. On 27 Apr I sent a complaint email to Mark. He did not reply or contact me. On 4 May I called again and was told no refund and they refused to return the product to me. So I am out $109.85 purchase and shipping, $5.31 return postage and no product. I don't know if this is the right address because the packing slip has 20675 Nordhoff St, Chatsworth CA 91311 and they would not give me any direct contact information. None of the emails were signed by anyone. The other phone numbers I have are 888-237-6840 & 800-597-9250, but I think they all go to the same place. I have all the emails.
