Canceled the account in December. Received 2 boxes of refill cartridges in the mail today. Called to cancel again and was told that $19.95 was charged to my credit card and that I would have to pay to return the cartridges myself. When I told the customer service representative that this was unacceptable she replied "it's only $19.95". I view this as a theft and think that it should be illegal.
