They offered me the starter kit for $24.95 and would bill me every other month for refill cartridges. They charged my account $129.00 and never sent me the cigarette! I keep getting monthly refill cartridges but still no cigarette!!! I talked to a lady who said to check with the post office, so I did. No package was sent through that post office for me. They sent no invoice for me to contact them back and are not advertising so I can get that phone number again. How can they get away with this crap?
