I signed up for the ecig started kit for 9.99. When I recd. My order confirmation they had charged me for 3 extra cartridge refill orders for a total of 119.16. I called the customer service dept. And was told that they would credit my Visa for all but the 9.99 started kit and also send me 5 extra cartridges free. I'm not sure what I'll actually be charged & cannot find an area on their website to complain about their false advertising or underhanded practices.
