Andy Intemann Sold Ink Cartridges as new in new boxes opened. Cartridges were used, no ink and broken

We purchased several Ink cartridges for our company and paid cash upon delivery. When we opened the boxes the cartridges were broken, used and Ink all over the inside. This was on all the boxes. We called several times with no answer. After several days to no return phone calls. Two of our employees went to Mr.intemann' office only to find it was an apartment. There was no answer and to this day we have not received a return call or a refund. This was a total rip off and others should be aware of this guys real intentions. Total scam!
