I signed up for a "free" trial pack of the e-Ciggs with my cost being shipping and handling and I received two boxes of 5 cartridges. The next month I received 2 more boxes of cartridges. I never did receive the battery part of the e-Cigg which makes the useless. I wasn't concerned at first because I did not see any charges on my Credit Card. I don't always look at all the charges on my Credit Card so I did not see the $83.89 dollars that was charged to my card each month until I caught it today. I tried to call them and of course couldn't get through. When I called my bank to dispute the charges the bank was able to get through to them. Apparently somewhere in the form that I filled out it stated that I would receive and be billed unless canceled within 7 days. I am stuck for 415.00 dollars worth of charges because they refuse to credit back my money and what's even worse is that I never did receive all the stuff they say that they sent to me. I'm just sick over this. It's partly my fault for just paying my CC bill and not checking every item but all in all this is quite a scam and I am always on guard for these tricky kinds of offers. They fooled me good they got my money and didn't provide the items stated.
