You shipped broken terra cotta saucers and could not replace them in time for the conference I needed them for. You won't give me my $106.95 back. Amazon refunded the $96 shipping charges. I want my money back. I refuse to pay another $96 out of my pocket to ship completely broken saucers back to you. I would just lose more money. Do the right thing and refund me.
