Sam False advertising, no refunds

I bought that which was marketed like a GPS device from DiscountsJungle through Amazon. It was not actually delivered from the period the shipping day arrived around and so I approached them. Their agent apologized for that wait and guarantee to deliver it via FedEx and deliver me the delivery info exactly the same time. Two nights later I received nothing and so I approached them again. This time around I noticed from "Mike" who stated it's been delivered that evening via USPS... What?

The shipping eventually reached my home really overdue also it wasn't a GPS device at-all, but a wireless handsfree system to get a vehicle. I approached DiscountsJungle and quit some frustrating feedback on the Amazon vendor account. Then I acquired a call-back out of this Mike. He claims he'll purchase the return delivery but I've to complete anything on Amazon first and he'll wander me through it... He walks me through all of the required actions to get rid of my feedback from his site. I ask him why I've to get rid of it, and he informs me I've to get rid of it to ensure that him to protect the return shipment. Fairly questionable at this time

Ultimately I obtain a return tag and that I deliver finished back again to them. I told Mike a number of occasions that I required a reimbursement via amazon credit or gift-card, when I was no further in ownership of the card I used-to initially buy it. This all dropped on deaf ears whenever a week later I get a contact informing me they returned the card I no further have, and in addition, they've just returned a partial quantity. I contact Sam AGAIN. He totally eliminates my concerns why they returned the card after I requested them-not to, or why they just returned a partial quantity. He does not wish to supply solutions, or play good. He's his product back, but I don't have some of my cash back whatsoever.

Ultimately I've approached Amazon and submitted a criticism against their company. Amazon has become investigating and it has exposed another state to ensure that me to obtain my money-back precisely this time around.

DoN't conduct business with Savings Marketplace, or with this specific "Mike" individual. They're equally untrustworthy and questionable.
