Also found on ebay Sent me a broken unit and tried to make me pay to ship new item. Tried to make paypal refund me still making me pay shipping. Now I think sent broken on purpose to try to get more of my money. It does

Shipped me a broken item and then attempted to make me pay for it again.

After i refused they tried to make me pay $18 shipping for the new jar. Its a glass jar with a stainless sleeve, No way it costs $18 to ship it, After i refused they again tried to make me pay $10 shipping I refused the offer and now they trying to get paypal to refund me only if I return item and still I have to pay shipping. This company is a shipping fraud and intentionally sent me this broken item to get more money from me for something that was very poorly built as it was. This item generates heat while operating and the jar is not heat tempered.
