I ordered a 2.60 museum grade mandarin garnet ring, item 214-9041, order no. 295-724, back on 10-19-11, appeared on my card as a charge on 11-01. I have been waiting, calling, & calling and they keep promising they are trying to get backorders out but to this day, nothing. Now, they won't even answer my calls. I just want my money back is all and i will never order from them again. Looking at all these complaints, seems to me like they do not care. Don't know what else to do.
