10/01 Tanzanite ring ordered Item# 2148811 Order# 293146, Customer # 135089. It never was received but my credit card was debited 10/02!!! I tried to call several times—actually talked to someone twice then I went on line and sent in complaints to NO Avail!!! Phone has been disconnected and now I can't pull up their website! Help!!
