Directshopping Network has had my money since June. Like many before me I have called numerous times. Most of the time I have to hang up because waiting for someone to answer can take up to an hour. They must have caller ID because they have known who I am and the item I am calling about before I say anything when I have gotten through (which is rare). However, the customer service people are really nice to you and claim "they would be upset too if this had happened to them" but still nothing is done to resolve the problem. We should all ban togehter and tie up their phone lines so no one can get through and get ripped off. I hear it cost a lot of money to be on aire and not make sales, hmmmm. I will be contacting direct TV and anyone else I can complain too. Thank forproviding the attorney generals number. I will be calling them too!
